Atlantic Health is Seeking an Advanced Practice Professional (NP/PA) for Hematology/Oncology in Bridgewater, New Jersey

Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking an Advanced Practice Professional (NP/PA) to support a growing Hematology/Oncology practice based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with additional inpatient responsibilities at Overlook Medical Center and Morristown Medical Center. Our team of hematologists, medical oncologists, and Advanced Practice Professionals provide comprehensive care, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and supportive services. This role offers excellent mentorship and professional growth opportunities within a collaborative and supportive environment.

This full-time, Monday-Friday position includes outpatient and inpatient care, with no evenings and limited weekend call. Responsibilities include performing history and physical examinations, reviewing labs, managing patient follow-up, patient and family education, and collaborating with insurance carriers for peer-to-peer reviews. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, and the flexibility to adapt in a changing healthcare environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant program
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
• BLS required
• 1-5 years of NP/PA experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
