Affinity Health & Wellness, PLLC is a small, NP owned boutique outpatient psychiatric practice overlooking the waterfront in the heart of picturesque Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. Our team of PMHNPs is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to patients throughout Virginia via both in-person and telehealth services. We specialize in the assessment and treatment of low to moderate acuity conditions including: anxiety and depressive disorders, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and insomnia.

Affinity Health & Wellness, PLLC was founded in 2022 by Christiane Davenport, MSN, FNP, PMHNP, with the mission of expanding access to high-quality mental health care throughout Virginia while fostering a model of care that prioritizes the well-being of both patients and providers.

The mission of Affinity Health & Wellness, PLLC is to provide comprehensive, high-quality psychiatric care to individuals throughout Virginia through an innovative nurse practitioner-led model. We are committed to promoting mental wellness by delivering personalized, evidence-based care in a compassionate and supportive environment.
