IMWell Health develops employer based, on-site and multi-employer clinics to serve the employees and family members of our client companies with truly exceptional and cost-efficient primary care. Utilizing the Patient Centered Medical Home concept as the foundation of our approach, our clinics strive for optimal outcomes that are driven by a compassionate partnership between our medical teams and the patient/family.
Our clinics are accountable for continuous performance improvement and keep the interest of our patients foremost in the delivery of care. IMWell Health is committed to the use of technology to improve communication, support patient education and provide optimal patient care. We apply Christian principles in restoring and maintaining physical, mental and spiritual health. We always strive for the best outcome, because optimal health is truly a blessing.
Company History
Founded in 2004 by Dr. Catherine Womack, IMWell Health LLC began with a focus on providing on-site services for patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Two years later, these same clients desired more comprehensive primary care services to include wellness and prevention as well as acute care diagnosis and treatment. By improving access to high quality primary care and minimizing any financial barriers, IMWell Health has continued to implement customized healthcare solutions for large employers.
