Company Overview
LIFE PACE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, is a comprehensive, coordinated senior healthcare program that uses a team approach to provide medical, social, nutritional, personal and home care services. LIFE PACE allows individuals in need of skilled care to remain in their homes or community setting while receiving the care they need.
Qualifying participants in the LIFE PACE program are transported to the LIFE PACE/Adult Day Health Center on an as-needed basis to receive healthcare, social services, nutritious meals and to participate in various rehabilitative and recreational activities. Additional services are also available for participants in their homes.

Company History
For 50 years, LIFE Senior Services specializes in home and community-based services that promote healthy aging and aging-in-place for seniors, as well as services and support for family caregivers who play a critical role in helping their loved ones. From Senior Centers for active adults age 50 and older, to Case Management and Adult Day Health for older adults struggling to maintain their independence, LIFE is committed to helping seniors of all ages and circumstances.
LIFE’s services also extend to helping beneficiaries understand their Medicare options, publishing a monthly magazine for seniors, and developing affordable senior apartment communities for independent adults who are downsizing and simplifying their lives, among others.
