Questcare Matrix, a division of Envision, is seeking dedicated Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our physician-operated post-acute care group in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. We are focused on providing unsurpassed clinical oversight, reducing preventable hospital readmissions, and fostering long-term relationships with our partner facilities. Postion Profile:

• Experience in internal medicine, acute or post-acute care setting is preferred
• Productivity-based compensation plan with great earning potential
• Extremely flexible rounding schedule seeing skilled nursing, long-term nursing, and assisted living residents
• Equitable after-hours & weekend call without on-site presence requirement
