Highlights of the Position

• Wide variety of work shifts available, prioritizing professional and personal needs
• Practice opportunities ranging from Level I trauma to the community hospital setting
  • Robert Packer Hospital (Sayre, PA)
  • Guthrie Corning Hospital (Corning, NY)
  • Guthrie Cortland Medical Center (Cortland, NY)
• Teaching opportunities with SRNAs, along with mentorship available with senior staff to support transition
• All practice settings are in safe communities with strong family values and close proximity to the beautiful Finger Lakes Region

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base compensation $291,200 - $332,800 w/ rapid advancement and yearly increases for new graduates to reward professional growth
• Ample overtime opportunities, if desired, to supplement income
• Flexible starting bonus of up to $100K with 3-year commitment
• Full benefits, progressive PTO, 403(b) and 457(b) retirement, FSA/HSA, and CME allowance
• Licensure fees and renewals reimbursed

Requirements

• Ability to obtain/maintain New York and Pennsylvania Licenses
