Description
Precision Primary Care – Timonium, Maryland
Director of Primary Care
About Precision Primary Care
Precision Primary Care is an independent primary care practice that is looking to grow and bring on further primary care nurse practitioners to provide top notch medical care to patients of its surrounding communities.
While healthcare systems across the country continue to increase patient volumes, reduce visit times, and place greater administrative burdens on clinicians, we have intentionally chosen a different path.
Our providers typically see 14–16 patients per day with 20, 30, and 60-minute appointment slots, allowing time to deliver exceptional care, complete inbox management during the workday, and maintain a sustainable career without taking work home every night. It's a practice where people can grow careers and enjoy the balance of taking care of others and taking care of themselves.
We believe nurse practitioners are the future of primary care. Unfortunately, many healthcare systems and large physician-owned groups continue to undervalue nurse practitioners through excessive patient volumes, compensation structures tied solely to productivity, and work environments that prioritize numbers over people.
Our mission is to build the best work environment possible for primary care clinicians while delivering outstanding patient care and creating a practice where providers can build long-term careers. In doing this we believe that more providers are going to begin demanding more in terms of what they are given and we intent to be the place for them to find it.
As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Director of Primary Care to help lead that growth and shape the future of our organization.
