Description

CRNA locums coverage is needed in Washington, in an inpatient setting with a straightforward case mix and pager call only. Expect a steady 2 to 4 cases per day with low call volume

Practice Setting

• Inpatient anesthesia coverage, working alongside 2 other CRNAs
• Typical daily volume is 2 to 4 cases
• Paper charting for CRNAs
• Case mix includes general, ortho, urology, GI, podiatry, and gyn, no heads, hearts, trauma, or OB

Schedule

• Mix of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, structured as two 8s and two 10s
• Pager call only
• Weekday call runs Monday through Thursday, weekend call covers Friday through Sunday
• On call volume typically 1 to 2 cases

Cases and Procedures

• Spinal anesthesia
• Epidurals
• Regional nerve blocks with ultrasound guidance
• Healthy older pediatrics only

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• Board Certified
• Active Washington license in hand
