Locums Trauma Surgery Nurse Practitioner in Midland, Michigan - 7 On 7 Off, No Call
Join a high-acuity trauma and surgical service with block scheduling and surgeon backup available overnight.
Practice & Cases
- Inpatient trauma and general surgery coverage with consults from multiple surgical specialties
- Respond to Level I and Level II trauma activations
- Manage admissions, consults, and overnight surgical floor needs
- Perform procedures including suturing, central lines, arterial lines, and chest tube placement
Schedule
- Night shift coverage from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Ongoing 7-on, 7-off rotation
- Full block coverage required
- No call responsibilities
Requirements
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner
- Active Michigan license required
- Board Certified with ACLS and ATLS certifications
- Ability to provide case logs showing at least 50 cases within the last 12 months

- Travel accommodations available for approved assignments
